After having my Nissan serviced for many years at Nissan of Fort Myers, I began taking it to Nissan of Cape Coral when Sutherlin sold the Fort Myers dealership and no longer offered waiter service. I am so glad I changed. Service Advisor Michael Landis is top-notch and five stars in every capacity from friendly professionalism to effective communication. It's more than worth the drive for me.

Just because a NISSAN dealership couldn’t properly diagnose a DODGE doesn’t make them a one star dealership. People are quick to judge based on one review, but you rarely get the full story. I can almost guarantee this team did everything they could to help. Sometimes a vehicle needs brand specific expertise, and that doesn’t mean the staff didn’t try their hardest. There’s always another side to the story before writing off an entire dealership over a single experience.

Trustworthy dealership! Dont believe all the 1 star reviews here, in fact, if you pay attention, they are all done the same day, so it is a disgruntled customer who has looped in his friends to all make 1 star reviews. Some of them didn't even get the name of the general manager correct. This place is always clean. The employees are always friendly. Michael L. in Service is my go to. He is knowledgeable and honest. He returns calls when he says he will. I will always bring my vehicle back to this dealership!

I went into the dealership to get my daughter’s car serviced for the first time . I was under the impression she had a free oil change . The service department checked and said no they did not see any notes and gave me a discount instead.Mr. Rivas was so kind to do this . I was still frustrated and wrote a rude review on the sales man . Well I should not of jumped so quick to put him down . He fixed the problem and refunded me the money .Honored the oil change . Can I tell you how kind this man was on the phone and he said he wished he was called ,cause he was off that day . Lesson learned slow down and wait before I make a bad review . Especially on a good man like Aaron. My daughter told me what a kind salesperson he was and she was right .

This is my THIRD vehicle trade in at Cape Coral Nissan. I primarily worked with John "Rocket" Jolly and this dude was a perfect match for my style. He was personable, acknowledged and understood my needs in a vehicle and what I was trying to accomplish financially. No real pressure, no B.S. and was advocating for ME, as a customer, rather than his commission. I am an old sales dude and I HATE being sold TO. I want a sales dude/ dudette that listens to what I want and any concerns that I may have and this young man did just that. I went in just two weeks prior and could not come to a deal. He told me he would keep an eye out for future possibilities and called me the morning he had something figured out; nearly two weeks to the day after our last conversation. The dealership had him partnered with another rep who was trying to upgrade me, but John stayed by my side and pressed for more of what I was looking for. After only 3 hours or so of looking at Frontier models and arduous (yet fun) negotiations, we did manage to come to a deal that was perfect for me. I got a new truck that had ALL of my "wants," and a handful of "would be nice to haves," and a couple of "one day, I'll be able to afford these" features and add-ons for a better than acceptable price. My negotiations opponent was a worthy adversary. That said, They did respect my time, energy, and my willingness to be a repeat customer. "Rocket" was my man through the entire process and I will tell you this, if you want a car sales guy that won't pander, BS, or do that patronizing fake sales dude routine, THIS IS YOUR GUY. I like dealing with people I can trust. Went from a 2025 Frontier SV King Cab (without many features) to 2026 Frontier Crew Cab (with almost everything!) For reference; My 2025 king cab didn't have motorized mirror adjustment thing, I had to reach across the seat with my widow squeegee to adjust mirrors and for some reason this just really annoyed me. I mean WHAT vehicle after 2000 DOESN'T have this simple feature????

The process was smooth, professional, and efficient — I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Shane is the only salesman In SW Florida that was the kindest, most friendly and professional. He went through the steps exactly to address our needs and wants. Absolutely the best car buying experience. We came in to get my mom into a Nissan Rogue and met with Mike Miller. From start to finish he has been the most professional and personable sales rep we’ve ever dealt with. He answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns we had with ease. He made us feel very comfortable and never rushed or pressured us through the buying process. The staff at Nissan at Cape Coral are also very pleasant and easy to talk to. I’ve had more than my fair share of headaches with Nissan when it comes to servicing my vehicle. I’ve dealt with multiple repairs that have left me without my car for days and even weeks at a time, and in the past I often felt brushed off or not taken seriously by other service advisors. Maria is the first advisor I’ve worked with who has truly made a difference. She listens, treats me like a person, and genuinely takes my concerns seriously. No matter what’s going on, she always makes sure I’m taken care of and never leaves me without a vehicle so I can get to my job. She has fit me in last minute on several occasions and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best care possible. Even when the situation is frustrating, Maria makes the process easier and less stressful. She is the reason I continue to service my car here!

Cody the salesman was as helpful as he can be he sold me my last vehicle as well, he was patient and understanding to my needs and budget. I did my finances with Raymond and he was also a very nice man, he listened and guided me in the right direction. Anthony my sales manager took very good care of me, he personally took the time to speak to me and walked me through the process. I would really recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I have never gotten such good treatment at any other dealership. I am so happy with my car and the service provided!
