I am extremely happy with the purchase of my car! The service was amazing and the whole process was excellent from beginning to end. I’ll be honest, this started out rough. The truck I originally bought was constantly breaking down and the warranty had been sold to me incorrectly by the previous GM. I was frustrated and I said so on Facebook. Instead of ignoring it, Blake, the owner, personally called me. He listened, didn’t make excuses, and told me he wanted to make it right. That meant a lot. He offered to work a deal with me to get into a truck at cost and followed through. Shane was my sales rep and he was great the entire process. Straightforward, patient, and never pushy. He worked the numbers with me and kept everything clear. They gave me $19,000 for my trade when it realistically valued closer to $11k, which completely changed the deal. I was paying $700 before and now I’m at $800 a month. Only a $100 difference and I’m in a Ram 2500 Cummins diesel. That’s a major upgrade for a small payment increase. What started as frustration turned into a great experience. Blake stepped up and Shane handled everything professionally. I appreciate them earning my business and making it right.

Salesman Mike Levesque was amazing. The whole process felt smooth and professional from start to finish. Specific highlights for me: Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy — he took the time to walk me through options and answer every question without any high-pressure tactics. Financing and paperwork were handled quickly and clearly; everything was explained so there were no surprises at signing. The vehicle was detailed and ready to go right on time, and the handoff was thorough (they went over features and controls carefully). Incredible experience at Nissan Cape Coral! The entire process was maybe an hour, hour and a half. Mike Miller was my sales guy and he’s awesome at his job. Danny and Mike are so awesome! They gave me a very great deal! Anthony, the finance manager, was also very helpful! He made sure that I get what I want and make it happen. And big shout out to Ramon, eventhough he's not my sales associate, he made sure to keep my kid and wife very happy. He keeps on checking on my family and gave popcorns and water to my kid in numerous occasions. I highly recommend this dealership!
