My amazing salesman Shane, the manager Anthony, Nacho who approved the deal and finally Ray the finance guy who got me out the door in my new car. I’ll be honest, this started out rough. The truck I originally bought was constantly breaking down and the warranty had been sold to me incorrectly by the previous GM. I was frustrated and I said so on Facebook. Instead of ignoring it, Blake, the owner, personally called me. He listened, didn’t make excuses, and told me he wanted to make it right. That meant a lot. He offered to work a deal with me to get into a truck at cost and followed through. Shane was my sales rep and he was great the entire process. Straightforward, patient, and never pushy. He worked the numbers with me and kept everything clear. They gave me $19,000 for my trade when it realistically valued closer to $11k, which completely changed the deal. I was paying $700 before and now I’m at $800 a month. Only a $100 difference and I’m in a Ram 2500 Cummins diesel. That’s a major upgrade for a small payment increase. What started as frustration turned into a great experience. Blake stepped up and Shane handled everything professionally. I appreciate them earning my business and making it right.

After a runaround with several other people there at Nissan service, Keith was able to easily direct me to the settings on my Nissan rogue so I could disable the foot sensor for the auto tailgate feature. Anyone else I talked to there did not know how to deal with it and told me it couldn’t be done. Way to go Keith. You should be promoted to management Because those in management now aren’t covering their weight

Just because a NISSAN dealership couldn’t properly diagnose a DODGE doesn’t make them a one star dealership. People are quick to judge based on one review, but you rarely get the full story. I can almost guarantee this team did everything they could to help. Sometimes a vehicle needs brand specific expertise, and that doesn’t mean the staff didn’t try their hardest. There’s always another side to the story before writing off an entire dealership over a single experience.

Trustworthy dealership! Dont believe all the 1 star reviews here, in fact, if you pay attention, they are all done the same day, so it is a disgruntled customer who has looped in his friends to all make 1 star reviews. Some of them didn't even get the name of the general manager correct. This place is always clean. The employees are always friendly. Michael L. in Service is my go to. He is knowledgeable and honest. He returns calls when he says he will. I will always bring my vehicle back to this dealership!

I went into the dealership to get my daughter’s car serviced for the first time . I was under the impression she had a free oil change . The service department checked and said no they did not see any notes and gave me a discount instead.Mr. Rivas was so kind to do this . I was still frustrated and wrote a rude review on the sales man . Well I should not of jumped so quick to put him down . He fixed the problem and refunded me the money .Honored the oil change . Can I tell you how kind this man was on the phone and he said he wished he was called ,cause he was off that day . Lesson learned slow down and wait before I make a bad review . Especially on a good man like Aaron. My daughter told me what a kind salesperson he was and she was right .

This is my THIRD vehicle trade in at Cape Coral Nissan. I primarily worked with John "Rocket" Jolly and this dude was a perfect match for my style. He was personable, acknowledged and understood my needs in a vehicle and what I was trying to accomplish financially. No real pressure, no B.S. and was advocating for ME, as a customer, rather than his commission. I am an old sales dude and I HATE being sold TO. I want a sales dude/ dudette that listens to what I want and any concerns that I may have and this young man did just that. I went in just two weeks prior and could not come to a deal. He told me he would keep an eye out for future possibilities and called me the morning he had something figured out; nearly two weeks to the day after our last conversation. The dealership had him partnered with another rep who was trying to upgrade me, but John stayed by my side and pressed for more of what I was looking for. After only 3 hours or so of looking at Frontier models and arduous (yet fun) negotiations, we did manage to come to a deal that was perfect for me. I got a new truck that had ALL of my "wants," and a handful of "would be nice to haves," and a couple of "one day, I'll be able to afford these" features and add-ons for a better than acceptable price. My negotiations opponent was a worthy adversary. That said, They did respect my time, energy, and my willingness to be a repeat customer. "Rocket" was my man through the entire process and I will tell you this, if you want a car sales guy that won't pander, BS, or do that patronizing fake sales dude routine, THIS IS YOUR GUY. I like dealing with people I can trust. Went from a 2025 Frontier SV King Cab (without many features) to 2026 Frontier Crew Cab (with almost everything!) For reference; My 2025 king cab didn't have motorized mirror adjustment thing, I had to reach across the seat with my widow squeegee to adjust mirrors and for some reason this just really annoyed me. I mean WHAT vehicle after 2000 DOESN'T have this simple feature????

The process was smooth, professional, and efficient — I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour and fifteen minutes.
