My brother and I recently purchased a vehicle here. John, Aaron, and Nacho were an awesome team! This dealership is very honest and up front about everything. They are customer oriented, and care about making a fair deal that will accommodate your needs. John took his time explaining everything, and making sure we knew the differences in our options. He also worked to figure out what was important to us so he could present us relevant information. Aaron helped make sure the deal work for us, expedited the process, and made it all make sense. Nacho processed all the paperwork, verified what was said by the team, and made quick work of the usually less fun part of getting a car. I highly recommend this dealership and this team if you’re looking for a new car!

I had such a great experience at this Nissan of Cape Coral! Travis went above and beyond to get me into a new, safe car that fit my needs. He was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, listened to what I was looking for, and truly went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I also really appreciate Nacho for helping with the financing and making that part of the process smooth and easy. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and I never felt like I was being rushed or overlooked. Overall, it was a great, fast, and stress-free experience. Melissa, my Service Advisor, has been absolutely amazing since I met her two years ago! She always makes sure everything is working properly and that I’m completely satisfied before I leave, and she even follows up afterward to make sure everything is still going well. Her customer service and communication are truly exceptional. I highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for outstanding service! I also want to recognize Blake, the GM. I’ve known him for over 10 years, dating back to my very first Nissan purchase. He has always made sure I’m taken care of and that my service experience is excellent. We stopped into the dealership just to test drive vehicles. Michael met us with great energy and politeness. He was not overbearing, but also wanted to make sure I knew what I wanted. We ended up being at another dealership several weeks later. But I had a relationship with Michael before and I immediately called him up on the phone and he without question beat the other dealerships prices and even then some. The whole team at the dealership were awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people or better dealership to buy with.

After having my Nissan serviced for many years at Nissan of Fort Myers, I began taking it to Nissan of Cape Coral when Sutherlin sold the Fort Myers dealership and no longer offered waiter service. I am so glad I changed. Service Advisor Michael Landis is top-notch and five stars in every capacity from friendly professionalism to effective communication. It's more than worth the drive for me.

Just because a NISSAN dealership couldn’t properly diagnose a DODGE doesn’t make them a one star dealership. People are quick to judge based on one review, but you rarely get the full story. I can almost guarantee this team did everything they could to help. Sometimes a vehicle needs brand specific expertise, and that doesn’t mean the staff didn’t try their hardest. There’s always another side to the story before writing off an entire dealership over a single experience.

Trustworthy dealership! Dont believe all the 1 star reviews here, in fact, if you pay attention, they are all done the same day, so it is a disgruntled customer who has looped in his friends to all make 1 star reviews. Some of them didn't even get the name of the general manager correct. This place is always clean. The employees are always friendly. Michael L. in Service is my go to. He is knowledgeable and honest. He returns calls when he says he will. I will always bring my vehicle back to this dealership!

I went into the dealership to get my daughter’s car serviced for the first time . I was under the impression she had a free oil change . The service department checked and said no they did not see any notes and gave me a discount instead.Mr. Rivas was so kind to do this . I was still frustrated and wrote a rude review on the sales man . Well I should not of jumped so quick to put him down . He fixed the problem and refunded me the money .Honored the oil change . Can I tell you how kind this man was on the phone and he said he wished he was called ,cause he was off that day . Lesson learned slow down and wait before I make a bad review . Especially on a good man like Aaron. My daughter told me what a kind salesperson he was and she was right .

Great experience working Alex in service. I have never had an issue with service. They have always tasted me respectfully and with kindness.. never try to upsell, just inform me of the services that will be needed. I can cost to have them done there, or work my local mechanic. Never pressure

The experience i had at Nissan of Cape Coral was the best i habe ever encountered when buying a car, and I especially want to recognize Anthony, the Sales Manager, for his excellent customer service. He was very helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Anthony took the time to answer all of my questions, was straight forward throughout the process, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Salesman Mike Levesque was amazing. The whole process felt smooth and professional from start to finish. Specific highlights for me: Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy — he took the time to walk me through options and answer every question without any high-pressure tactics. Financing and paperwork were handled quickly and clearly; everything was explained so there were no surprises at signing. The vehicle was detailed and ready to go right on time, and the handoff was thorough (they went over features and controls carefully). Follow-up after the sale has been great too — Mike checked in to make sure everything was still going well. Overall it was a really positive experience. 10 out of 10 for Nissan of Cape Coral .

Danny and Mike are so awesome! They gave me a very great deal! Anthony, the finance manager, was also very helpful! He made sure that I get what I want and make it happen. And big shout out to Ramon, eventhough he's not my sales associate, he made sure to keep my kid and wife very happy. He keeps on checking on my family and gave popcorns and water to my kid in numerous occasions. I highly recommend this dealership!
