I recently purchased a car and had the pleasure of working with Carlos Ramirez throughout the process. What stood out the most was his honesty and transparency—he wasn’t pushy, and he took the time to explain every detail, from features to financing. Buyer BEWARE...the sales person was excellent. However the finance side, general manager and registration transfer was and still is a nightmare...very unprofessional. First, we were approved by our bank at a 6+% interest rate, and our sales person met with internal dealership finance and returned to tell us that (and in writing) that the dealership financial institutional Ally Bank) could match our banks rate...after agreeing to a purchase price, I waited over two hours to meet with the finance rep., the dealership closing and I requested to come in the next day and finish the paperwork, but Nacho assured me that it was not a problem to complete the paperwork...Nacho rushed me through the paperwork and this is where he was able to get past me an interest TWO PERCENT higher than our bank. I called and spoke with our sales rep and he agreed that we were approved at the 6% rate and promised to look into and he recommended that I call and/or meet with Nacho. I called Nacho three times and stopped in the dealership and he never called or met with me. I emailed and called the general manager and he never called me back and never replied to my emails. Moreover, making matters worse, the dealership never notified motor vehicle services of the registration transfer and all of our vehicle registrations were suspended for proof of no insurance. In closing, we have purchased several vehicles since 1979 and I have never dealt with any seller or dealership that is so unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE!

Specific highlights for me: Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy — he took the time to walk me through options and answer every question without any high-pressure tactics. Financing and paperwork were handled quickly and clearly; everything was explained so there were no surprises at signing. The vehicle was detailed and ready to go right on time, and the handoff was thorough (they went over features and controls carefully). Rough Road starting out with the Sales Team and financing, Buying a new 2025 in Dec 2025 and having to put my truck in the shop for 5 weeks, But thankfully they have Garret Overby on as a Service Advisor, He made a Terrible Situation turn Around his Attitude was I will fix everything that is wrong. Incredible experience at Nissan Cape Coral! The entire process was maybe an hour, hour and a half. Mike Miller was my sales guy and he’s awesome at his job. Danny and Mike are so awesome! They gave me a very great deal! Anthony, the finance manager, was also very helpful! He made sure that I get what I want and make it happen. And big shout out to Ramon, eventhough he's not my sales associate, he made sure to keep my kid and wife very happy. He keeps on checking on my family and gave popcorns and water to my kid in numerous occasions. I highly recommend this dealership!
