Buyer BEWARE...the sales person was excellent. However the finance side, general manager and registration transfer was and still is a nightmare...very unprofessional. First, we were approved by our bank at a 6+% interest rate, and our sales person met with internal dealership finance and returned to tell us that (and in writing) that the dealership financial institutional Ally Bank) could match our banks rate...after agreeing to a purchase price, I waited over two hours to meet with the finance rep., the dealership closing and I requested to come in the next day and finish the paperwork, but Nacho assured me that it was not a problem to complete the paperwork...Nacho rushed me through the paperwork and this is where he was able to get past me an interest TWO PERCENT higher than our bank. I called and spoke with our sales rep and he agreed that we were approved at the 6% rate and promised to look into and he recommended that I call and/or meet with Nacho. I called Nacho three times and stopped in the dealership and he never called or met with me. I emailed and called the general manager and he never called me back and never replied to my emails. Moreover, making matters worse, the dealership never notified motor vehicle services of the registration transfer and all of our vehicle registrations were suspended for proof of no insurance. In closing, we have purchased several vehicles since 1979 and I have never dealt with any seller or dealership that is so unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE!

Overall I’ve got to say that this was the best experience I’ve had when purchasing a vehicle. At first I was a bit skeptical since I was driving from all the way in Naples. Travis Gordon is an asset to the dealership! We went to many other dealerships and Travis was the one who finally got us financed within our budget!! He’s great and I will recommend him and Nissan of Cape Coral to everyone! Edited to add: I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! A few days after we purchased our used car here, I was hearing a noise and I was very worried about it. I contacted Travis who told me to bring it in right away and within a couple hours, they had the issue fixed and Communicated with us every step of the way! After having my Nissan serviced for many years at Nissan of Fort Myers, I began taking it to Nissan of Cape Coral when Sutherlin sold the Fort Myers dealership and no longer offered waiter service. Just because a NISSAN dealership couldn’t properly diagnose a DODGE doesn’t make them a one star dealership. People are quick to judge based on one review, but you rarely get the full story. I can almost guarantee this team did everything they could to help. Sometimes a vehicle needs brand specific expertise, and that doesn’t mean the staff didn’t try their hardest. There’s always another side to the story before writing off an entire dealership over a single experience.

Trustworthy dealership! Dont believe all the 1 star reviews here, in fact, if you pay attention, they are all done the same day, so it is a disgruntled customer who has looped in his friends to all make 1 star reviews. Some of them didn't even get the name of the general manager correct. This place is always clean. The employees are always friendly. Michael L. in Service is my go to. He is knowledgeable and honest. He returns calls when he says he will. I will always bring my vehicle back to this dealership!

I went into the dealership to get my daughter’s car serviced for the first time . I was under the impression she had a free oil change . The service department checked and said no they did not see any notes and gave me a discount instead.Mr. Rivas was so kind to do this . I was still frustrated and wrote a rude review on the sales man . Well I should not of jumped so quick to put him down . He fixed the problem and refunded me the money .Honored the oil change . Can I tell you how kind this man was on the phone and he said he wished he was called ,cause he was off that day . Lesson learned slow down and wait before I make a bad review . Especially on a good man like Aaron. My daughter told me what a kind salesperson he was and she was right .

This is my THIRD vehicle trade in at Cape Coral Nissan. I primarily worked with John "Rocket" Jolly and this dude was a perfect match for my style. He was personable, acknowledged and understood my needs in a vehicle and what I was trying to accomplish financially. No real pressure, no B.S. and was advocating for ME, as a customer, rather than his commission. I am an old sales dude and I HATE being sold TO. I want a sales dude/ dudette that listens to what I want and any concerns that I may have and this young man did just that. I went in just two weeks prior and could not come to a deal. He told me he would keep an eye out for future possibilities and called me the morning he had something figured out; nearly two weeks to the day after our last conversation. The dealership had him partnered with another rep who was trying to upgrade me, but John stayed by my side and pressed for more of what I was looking for. After only 3 hours or so of looking at Frontier models and arduous (yet fun) negotiations, we did manage to come to a deal that was perfect for me. I got a new truck that had ALL of my "wants," and a handful of "would be nice to haves," and a couple of "one day, I'll be able to afford these" features and add-ons for a better than acceptable price. My negotiations opponent was a worthy adversary. That said, They did respect my time, energy, and my willingness to be a repeat customer. "Rocket" was my man through the entire process and I will tell you this, if you want a car sales guy that won't pander, BS, or do that patronizing fake sales dude routine, THIS IS YOUR GUY. I like dealing with people I can trust. Went from a 2025 Frontier SV King Cab (without many features) to 2026 Frontier Crew Cab (with almost everything!) For reference; My 2025 king cab didn't have motorized mirror adjustment thing, I had to reach across the seat with my widow squeegee to adjust mirrors and for some reason this just really annoyed me. I mean WHAT vehicle after 2000 DOESN'T have this simple feature????

The process was smooth, professional, and efficient — I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour and fifteen minutes.
