I had a great experience from the moment I pulled into the dealership. I was greeted by Landy who answered my questions and then directed me to Aaron Kniffin, sales, who is a true professional and extremely personal as well. No high pressure sales tactics, as a result I purchased a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder AWD Platinum. I worked with Ray Alice, finance, who is equally professional and personal and again, no pressure. This is the first time I ever walked into a dealership just to browse and walked out with a brand new SUV. I've met several other staff members and everyone here is really great!

Brought my Nissan in for scheduled maintenence. Service Advisor (Michael) and staff were awesome. Dealership is clean, bright and modern. Being able to watch your vehicle being worked on via the glass partition is a plus. Hassle free and enjoyable! We'll done, Nissan of Cape Coral.

Danny Saenz was exceptional! He helped us select the correct car our previous sales guys never let us test drive the car we bought and a month later we realized it didn’t have any of the features we needed, so we looked online and came across Danny Saenz at Nissan of Cape Coral and he helped us select the exact car we wanted and even came with us to our home and helped us rearrange the garage in efforts to make sure the new pathfinder had space. Great pricing and great customer service here with Danny Saenz!

We purchased our 2023 Nissan Rogue SV at Nissan of Cape Coral Mike Miller did not dissapoint he walked us through every step of the process and was very respectful and walked us to our new vehicle hooked me up to my Bluetooth and showed me some of the features hands down the best experience and it is our second purchase at Nissan of Cape Coral he's definitely a keeper!

I have dealt with Nissan for the past 4- 4 and 1/2 years my first two visits were not the greatest experience, but I do have to say as of today 04/26/2025 they did a phenomenal job. I have to thank Clay the manager, Luis Ferrer, Daniel Guelho, and Ray for helping me. They were so accommodating. They let me drive the vehicle home and keep it overnight just to see if I was completely 100% on surekn purchasing the vehicle. They made everything easy and smooth for me. They were very understanding kind and compassionate and most helpful. I will continue to work with them and purchase my vehicles through them especially after today with all they did for me.

Salesman Mike Levesque was amazing. The whole process felt smooth and professional from start to finish. Specific highlights for me: Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy — he took the time to walk me through options and answer every question without any high-pressure tactics. Financing and paperwork were handled quickly and clearly; everything was explained so there were no surprises at signing. The vehicle was detailed and ready to go right on time, and the handoff was thorough (they went over features and controls carefully). Rough Road starting out with the Sales Team and financing, Buying a new 2025 in Dec 2025 and having to put my truck in the shop for 5 weeks, But thankfully they have Garret Overby on as a Service Advisor, He made a Terrible Situation turn Around his Attitude was I will fix everything that is wrong. Incredible experience at Nissan Cape Coral! The entire process was maybe an hour, hour and a half. Mike Miller was my sales guy and he’s awesome at his job. He called me multiple times to confirm info and get the best deal possible before I made the drive in. This experience actually changed my idea of what going to a dealership can be like. Danny and Mike are so awesome! They gave me a very great deal! Anthony, the finance manager, was also very helpful! He made sure that I get what I want and make it happen. And big shout out to Ramon, eventhough he's not my sales associate, he made sure to keep my kid and wife very happy. He keeps on checking on my family and gave popcorns and water to my kid in numerous occasions. I highly recommend this dealership!
