From the selection of the model with the available options to the generous and fair trade-in offer and the quicker than expected written financing presentation, we felt valued and appreciated as customers. Everyone we encountered during this process made the whole experience painless and smooth. Our satisfaction with our purchase process did not end there. New cars come with many “Tech” features that can be overwhelming to us “old folks”. Salesman Mike Levesque was amazing. The whole process felt smooth and professional from start to finish. Specific highlights for me: Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy — he took the time to walk me through options and answer every question without any high-pressure tactics. Financing and paperwork were handled quickly and clearly; everything was explained so there were no surprises at signing. The vehicle was detailed and ready to go right on time, and the handoff was thorough (they went over features and controls carefully). Follow-up after the sale has been great too — Mike checked in to make sure everything was still going well. Overall it was a really positive experience. 10 out of 10 for Nissan of Cape Coral .

Danny and Mike are so awesome! They gave me a very great deal! Anthony, the finance manager, was also very helpful! He made sure that I get what I want and make it happen. And big shout out to Ramon, eventhough he's not my sales associate, he made sure to keep my kid and wife very happy.
