I had a bad experience when Nissan was owned by Sutherland. I dreaded getting my oil changed. Just this week I made an online appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After submitting a $25.00 gift card popped up. Yes I clicked it. Then a test drive popped up. I said "great" and closed the box. Christina from Nissan of Fort Myers called and left a message. She did call back the next day. She was pleasant and listened while I told her of my past experience. I did agree to talk to her while the car was getting serviced. I'm glad I did. Christina is an awesome person and will help you all she can. I did buy a vehicle and I am very happy. When you visit Nissan meet Christina and Jonathan in finance is awesome too.
